The Browns were known to be nearing a hire for their defensive coordinator vacancy. One of the finalists will be heading to Cleveland.
Mike Rutenberg is the Browns’ choice, as first reported by ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. Not long after team and staffer interviewed, an agreement has been reached. Ruttenberg’s tenure with the Falcons will now come to an end.
