With Matthew Stafford already confirming his return in 2026, this is shaping up to be the summer of Puka Nacua, as the Los Angeles Rams star has drawn attention to himself for one reason after another.
From his own antics to the potential contract decision between him and the Rams, Nacua has already created plenty of buzz.
That is sure to continue, as he recently sought to get back a lost item.

Nacua has been spotted out on the town and attending events like the Daytona 500 on Sunday, the latter of which led the Rams wideout to make a simple but daunting request on social media on Monday.
“@Uber lost my phone,” Nacua posted on X on February 16. “Cant make a call to the driver cuz the phone call is coming from a different number… of course it is I lost my phone. Plz fix this.”
Fans offered solutions, tagging Uber and suggesting that he contact them via computer.
There has not been a resolution, at least not one that Nacua has shared, since posting his plea to Uber. It is an unfortunate way to end what was an otherwise whirlwind weekend for the two-time Pro Bowler.
He has been in the news plenty this season. The trend has continued before the official start of the offseason on March 11.

Nacua attended the race as an honorary official, and he got to ride with Bubba Wallace as part of the appearance.
“We are thrilled to welcome @AsapPuka, Los Angeles Rams Wide Receiver and Team Toyota Athlete, as our Honorary Race Official!” Daytona International Speedway posted on X on February 14.
There were also clips of Nacua, in full race attire, entering the car for the ride.
Wallace took to social media afterward and offered some insider knowledge about the experience. with Nacua riding shotgun.
“My dawg @AsapPuka was yelling his a** off the ENTIRE ride [hysterical laughing emoji]” Wallace said in his post on X on February 15, the day after the race. “5 laps to be exact [skull emoji].”
Nacua neither confirmed nor denied Wallace’s comments, but he did repost them.

Nacua sparked a slew of reactions with his apparent attempts to take actress Sydney Sweeney out on a date, specifically skydiving, with the Rams star going so far as to suggest they had plans before noting it was still on his to-do list.
He was spotted with WWE star Charlotte Flair, daughter of the legendary Ric Flair, at the Daytona 500, though. That sparked a new round of speculation.
Flair is 39, while Nacua turns 25 in May.
Nothing has been confirmed (or denied) regarding a relationship with Flair. However, Nacua is very much enjoying his free time early on in the offseason. There is still business for Nacua and the Rams to address, though.
Nacua is extension-eligible this offseason. The Rams have the cap space to front-load a deal, creating flexibility on the back end. That is, if they indeed want to go that route.
With another year on Nacua’s contract and up to three franchise tags, the Rams have options.
