Devin Booker Throws Subtle Shade at Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl LX Show Amid Kendall Jenner History

The Super Bowl comes with its own mix of celebrity revelations. Among many other fans viral clips linked to the event, one involves Phoenix Suns player Devin Booker.

However, the issues here date far before the Super Bowl 2026. They’re also about off-and-on relationships, song disses, and the Kardashians. Fans seemingly can’t get enough of these shades, anyway.

During a press conference that went viral over the weekend, Phoenix Suns player Devin Booker revealed that he “didn’t watch” Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl LX halftime show. For context, Booker is the ex-boyfriend of Kendall Jenner, who is also Bad Bunny’s ex.

Affirming that he was being “completely honest,” the 29-year-old joined a list of A-list celebrities who possibly didn’t think much of the Puerto Rican’s historic Super Bowl outing on February 8, 2026.

He went on to correct the interviewer who asked how“the fans of Puerto Rico…felt to be a part of” the milestone accomplishment, saying,“I’m Mexican.”However, while fans could have categorized Booker’s answer as part of a broader group of dissenters, his peculiar history with Bad Bunny suggests otherwise.

After Booker and Kendall Jenner’s on-off relationship between 2020 and 2022, Jenner had another one-off romance with Bad Bunny between 2023 and 2024. Things got juicier between both ex-boyfriends when Bad Bunny allegedly shades Booker in his song “Coco Chanel.” In the song, which the singer released while with Kendall, he compared Puerto Rico’s sun to Phoenix’s sun – two cities representing either men.

So when Booker distanced himself from the historic halftime show, it was easy for fans to read additional meanings into his statement, including a possible shade at Bad Bunny’s outing.

Whether it was intentional or just off-hand honesty, it’s become the latest chapter of celebrity “feuds” connected to the Super Bowl LX halftime show. Many fans would remember Bad Bunny’s performance, which at the time had the fourth-highest viewership in the event’s history.
