Toronto Raptors / Schedule
During the Cousins podcast with his cousin and fellow NBA great Vince Carter, T-Mac named Toronto Raptors All-Star Scottie Barnes as his choice for the award.
"I'm going with Scottie Barnes," McGrady said. "I think Scottie Barnes is a candidate. He's my frontrunner, but of course you’ve got Wemby and Cason Wallace. Those three, for me, are the guys."
This season, Barnes is averaging 19.3 points, 8.4 rebounds, 5.6 assists, 1.6 blocks, and 1.3 steals in around 34 minutes per game, leading the Raptors to a surprising 32-23 record and the fifth seed in the Eastern Conference so far.
