Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister
Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister’s father has issued a fresh statement amid reports of Manchester United being interested.
The Argentina international is said to be on the radar of United - despite being the Reds’ bitter foes.
Since joining from Brighton for £35 million in 2023, Mac Allister has been a regular starter for Liverpool. He was a key player as Arne Slot’s side claimed the Premier League title last season.

Mac Allister Snr told winwin.com: "Alexis is only thinking about Liverpool at the moment. We are waiting for an offer to renew his contract. We will see what the club's plan is. We'll wait and see what happens with the renewal. That's all.”
Mac Allister was recently linked with a switch to Real Madrid, with his father commenting earlier this month: "What I can say at the moment is that Alexis is focused on Liverpool and the current season... Alexis is very happy and very comfortable with Liverpool.”
