Skyler Skoglund, the girlfriend of Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Will Howard, seems to be enjoying the start of the NFL offseason.
Howard's girlfriend has been by his side for at least the past two seasons. She witnessed his national championship run at Ohio State and cheered him on when he was drafted by the Steelers last April.
"This moment wasn't luck - it's years of unseen battles, silent prayers, and unbreakable belief. Proud is an understatement. All in God's timing," she wrote on Instagram after the Steelers selected Howard with the 185th overall pick. "Let the adventure begin."
Even though Howard didn't start a single game for the Steelers this past season, Skoglund attended each and every game.
With the Steelers off for the foreseeable future, Howard appears to be spending his days in Hawaii with his girlfriend.
Skoglund shared several photos from their vacation on Instagram this Tuesday. Most of her followers raved about her various swimsuits for the beach at Hanalei Bay.
"Our sweet escape," Skoglund wrote for her caption.

If the Steelers re-sign Aaron Rodgers in free agency, that would essentially keep Howard tied down to the No. 2 spot on the depth chart.
The good news for Howard, however, is that Steelers coach Mike McCarthy is interested in working with him. Perhaps a new coaching staff is exactly what he needs to reach his full potential.
"I'm really excited about Will Howard,"Â McCarthy said. "He's someone that, I thought, he really came on there at Ohio State."
