Kevin Durant’s alleged burner accounts bash countless NBA stars

The Houston Rockets might not be at the top of the Western Conference this season, but Kevin Durant remains a major NBA talking point as his alleged burner accounts continue to have fans talking.

For years, Durant hasn’t shied away from the fact that he enjoys clapping back at haters on social media. However, basketball fans are now wondering if he’s the owner of several burner accounts that have taken major shots at current NBA stars and coaches.

Bill Simmons and others in the media seem pretty convinced that Durant is the culprit of the alleged accounts. The Ringer’s founder even stated that there’s “a lot of signs” that the Rockets star is behind the anonymous posts.

Durant famously said in October 2025 that he loves responding the online trolls because it helps him unwind to start his mornings.
