Caitlin Clark gives hilarious response to LeBron James’ eating habits

NBA legend LeBron James recently revealed how he plans to continue playing at the highest level after altering his dietary habits.

However, James’ eating strategies aren’t cut out for everyone, including one of the top stars in the WNBA.

Caitlin Clark noticed what James said about his new dietary patterns on the ‘Mind The Game’ podcast and was quick to provide a hilarious response. The Indiana Fever guard jokingly stated that she loves her cookies enough to risk her career.

While Clark is preparing with the rest of the WNBA for its upcoming season, James has made it crystal clear that he wants to double down on his new eating habits.

That includes cutting out chocolate chip cookies and drinking wine in order to keep the Los Angeles Lakers talent in top shape. Earlier in the 2025-26 season, James missed several games with various injuries.

Based on Clark’s reactions though, she’s not willing to go to the same lengths in order to sustain the success that one of the NBA GOATs has underwent.

“I’d rather retire than do this,” Clark wrote on Instagram. “This is why he’s him.”

Last season, Clark and the Fever made a deep run in the WNBA postseason but several of their stars were sidelined due to injury. That includes Clark and Sophie Cunningham, who have becomes the faces of the franchise.
