(abc15.com) — If you’re in Phoenix this weekend, you’ve got plenty to do, from cheering the Suns at Mortgage Matchup Center to catching concerts at Celebrity Theatre and Arizona Financial Theatre. Around the Valley, Spring Training, Innings Fest in Tempe, and the Arizona Matsuri at Steele Indian School Park offer big draws. Families can also enjoy free activities at The Square PHX and more.

2. Saks Fifth Avenue to close 8 stores, including Phoenix location, in restructuring (abc15.com) — Phoenix shoppers will lose their Saks Fifth Avenue store by the end of April as parent company Saks Global closes eight locations nationwide during its Chapter 11 restructuring. 3. Suspect accused of sexually assaulting teen girls in North Phoenix storage unit (fox10phoenix.com) — Phoenix police and federal marshals are investigating allegations that two teen girls were lured into a car, taken to a North Phoenix storage unit, and sexually assaulted, with one girl later seeking help at a nearby store. Court documents describe video evidence, hospital reports, and a February arrest on multiple serious charges, including sexual conduct with a minor and child sex trafficking.

4. Phoenix murder suspect arrested in Massachusetts (12news.com) — Phoenix police say a suspect in a December fatal shooting outside the Allegro apartments near East Chandler Boulevard has been tracked to and arrested in rural Massachusetts. Investigators used phone records, GPS data, and an anonymous tip to connect the man to the killing and the getaway vehicle, and are now seeking his extradition back to Phoenix.

5. Salt River wild horse management contract awarded (ktar.com) — Announced in Phoenix, state agriculture officials have renewed a five-year contract with the Salt River Wild Horse Management Group to gradually shrink the Salt River herd from 274 to 120 horses.
