Manchester City were handed a boost in the Premier League title race when Arsenal drew with Wolves.
The Blues have endured an unsteady season under head coach Pep Guardiola but are back in control of the Premier League title race after Arsenal dropped points in midweek. Mikel Arteta's side let a two-goal lead slip as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Wolverhampton Wanderers on Wednesday night, in a huge boost to City's title hopes.
Arsenal still hold a five-point lead in the Premier League, but City have a game in hand and will also welcome the Gunners to Manchester later in the season. It means if they win their remaining 12 matches, they will go on to win the Premier League, irrespective of what their opponents do. If there is one team that could go on such an impressive winning run, it is Guardiola's, though it is still easier said than done.
