Piers Morgan believes Mikel Arteta and his Arsenal players should recreate the historic Top Gun scene to get their quadruple push back on track.
Morgan was speaking to Gabby Agbonlahor and Alan Brazil on talkSPORT Breakfast on Thursday morning, less than 12 hours after Arsenal's 2-2 draw with Wolves.

The Gunners looked on course to secure a huge three points in their title push at Molineux in midweek.
Bukayo Saka fired Mikel Arteta's men into an early lead before Piero Hincapie doubled their advantage 10 minutes into the second half.
Hugo Bueno halved the deficit on the hour mark as the Midlands side sought to hamper Arsenal's title pursuit.
And Tom Edozie bagged a stoppage time equaliser as the Gunners were forced to share the spoils with the Premier League's table footers.

Arsenal and Wolves players were involved in post-match scuffles with the north London side failing to control their emotions with their lead at the top of the table now just five points.
Title rivals Manchester City, who face Newcastle on Saturday night, also have a game in hand over Mikel Arteta's men.
'Bottles jobs'
And Morgan was invited onto talkSPORT Breakfast on Thursday morning to talk about Arsenal's title chances.
"When the invitation came in earlier this morning via my PA saying that Gabby in particular was ‘desperate to talk to me’ every sinew of my torso was screaming I'd rather shoot myself with a rusty World War One rifle," the TV personality and diehard Arsenal fan began.

"Then I thought you know what. We've had enough Arsenal bottle jobs for one 12 hour period. It's actually time to face the music, face the pressure, stand up and show this Arsenal team what you do when the heat is on.
"You don't run away, you don't hide, you actually stand up and you take them on which is something we singularly failed to do last night."
Top Gunner
And as Arsenal look to get their campaign back on track, Morgan believes the best way is for Arteta to whisk the players away to somewhere warm, and points to the scene in Top Gun as an example to follow so the players can relax.
To the uninitiated, the scene involves Iceman and Slider facing Maverick and Goose in a volleyball match as Tom Cruise, Val Kilmer and co. went to great lengths to showcase their intense camaraderie.
"Here's my advice for Mikel. We have, unusually, in a massive season when we're in full competitions next week, a week off," Morgan began.
"We're not playing again until Chelsea the following Sunday. I want these guys on a plane somewhere warm on Monday morning until Friday.

"I want them to play zero football. They look completely mentally frazzled and physically jaded. Let's just give them a break.
"Take the pressure off them, put them on a beach, let them play beach volleyball like the pilots did in Top Gun which then led to them going wiping out the enemy by giving these guys a break.
"They just look like a coiled spring of tension and I think that's what I saw last night."
North London Derby looming
Arsenal are next in action on Sunday for the North London Derby when they take on rivals Tottenham.
Spurs are enduring a campaign to forget and they head into the weekend's action just five points above the relegation zone.
A run of two wins in 17 ultimately cost Thomas Frank his job last week, with Igor Tudor coming in to replace the Dane.

Yet despite a change in manager, Morgan is backing Arsenal to beat Spurs on their own turf this weekend.
"I couldn't think of a better place to go frankly than Tottenham on Sunday and I'm presuming that between now and then Mikel Arteta, who I've become a massive fan of, I think he's going to read them the riot act quite rightly," Morgan continued.
"Let's go and beat Tottenham, which shouldn't be difficult. They're one of the worst Tottenham teams I've ever seen.
"We can push them to within I think two points of the relegation zone if we beat them on Sunday. If that's not a motivation for Arsenal players then what is?"
Arsenal then follow up the game at Spurs with a meeting with Chelsea, adding: "Then we've got another London Derby. Actually, I can't think of two better games than a North London Derby and a derby against Chelsea to be."
Mystic Morgan's March prediction falls flat
Morgan was reminded about his quotes that Arsenal would be crowned Premier League champions by March.
Speaking with talkSPORT Breakfast following Arsenal's 2-1 win over Newcastle in September, Agbonlahor asked Morgan whether Arteta's side will win the Premier League.

"100 per cent. Arsenal will win the Premier League," Morgan quipped back.
"Liverpool are overrated. They've been very lucky, and look at the games we've had to play so far.
"Arsenal have had by far the tougher start to the league, and look where we are.
"We are going to win the league. I wouldn't be surprised if we win it by mid-March."
Morgan has since walked back on his comments, saying on Thursday morning: "All my other statements are still technically true, but I will concede our chances of winning the Premier League by mid-March have slightly receded to zero. It's going to be a hell of a run in.
"City are going to be breathing all over us. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Newcastle beat them on Saturday and we beat Tottenham on Sunday.
"I woke up this morning to more WhatsApps when I got turfed out of Good Morning Britain. so it's fine to have your fun."

Piers Morgan is still backing Arsenal for the quadruple
Gunning for the quad
The Gunners supporter believes the week off will allow the club to get back on track, continuing: "Let me assure you we will reset. You can play this back in 10 days. We will beat Tottenham, we will beat Chelsea, and City will probably choke against Newcastle on Saturday.
"We will win the league and I still believe we're going to win the quadruple. And then all of the mockery is going get reposted by me to nine million people on my X feed for the next calendar year."
