The Gunners won’t be happy after they dropped points in midweek against a really poor Wolves side, to leave them five points clear at the top of the Premier League table. Arsenal were 2-0 up, but they let their lead slide away, and drew 2-2 at Molineux to get just one point.
Seeing as Man City have a game in hand, they could close the gap to just two points, meaning the title race has been flown wide open yet again. Heading into Arsenal’s next game against North London rivals Tottenham this weekend, Mikel Arteta issued an update on two injured players who could make a return.

Will Havertz and Odegaard play vs Tottenham?
Before the Wolves game, Arteta confirmed that both Martin Odegaard and Kai Havertz wouldn’t be fit to play, however, he did hint that they could both be available to play against Tottenham in the North London derby on Sunday.
Odegaard has been dealing with a knee injury that he suffered earlier in the month, it isn’t a major issue, but has kept him out of the past few games. Speaking about Odegaard, Arteta said in his pre-match press conference: “No, for Wolves, he is not going to be fit. But for Sunday, we are very hopeful that he can be with us.”
In terms of Havertz, he suffered a hamstring injury at the start of the month, which led many to believe he could be out until March, however, his issue isn’t understood to be too serious.
Arteta said before the Wolves game: “Kai is the other one, again for the weekend; he is a possibility.” – He is currently being assessed by the Arsenal medical staff ahead of Sunday.
