Gilgeous Alexander (abdomen) and Ajay Mitchell (abdomen/ankle) are out for a week, while Jalen Williams (hamstring) will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
The Oklahoma City Thunder will be significantly shorthanded as the season resumes following the All-Star break.
Oklahoma City Thunder / Schedule
On their PR report, the Thunder announced that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (abdominal strain) and guard Ajay Mitchell (abdominal strain/left ankle sprain) will both be re-evaluated in approximately one week.
On the other hand, Jalen Williams (right hamstring strain) is set to miss two weeks.
Mitchell has enjoyed a career year this 2025-26 for OKC, tallying 14.1 points, 3.7 assists and 3.5 boards in 43 appearances.
Lastly, Williams has struggled to stay healthy this season. The All-NBA forward only logged 26 games of play with averages of 17.5 points, 5.4 assists and 4.7 boards.
With the three out, the Thunder can only expect bigger step-ups from the rest of their title-winning core led by first-time All-Star Chet Holmgren.
Oklahoma City will play the Brooklyn Nets on Friday to resume its season.
