Jordan Goodwin replaced him on the starting lineup for the second half.

Booker left the game and entered the locker room during the second quarter for undisclosed reasons. As such, the hip injury appears to be the one he sustained which prompted his untimely exit.

He only logged nine minutes of play, finishing with five points in 2-of-6 shooting.

Without their franchise superstar, the Suns are facing a tough challenge to go and beat the Spurs. Jalen Green, Collin Gillespie and Mark Williams are all expected to take the lead for Phoenix.

The Suns are down 73-53 with 8:21 left in the third frame.
