Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the Japanese forward, Keisuke Goto.
The 20-year-old has done quite well during his loan spell at Sint-Truiden from Anderlecht. He has 16 goal contributions to his name this season.
According to a report from Sports Boom, multiple clubs are interested in signing the towering Japanese forward, and Tottenham have now joined the race as well. The player is likely to cost around €15-20 million. Tottenham certainly have the financial muscle to get the deal done, and they could use a quality forward like him as well.
Keisuke Goto could be a superb option
Dominic Solanke needs more support in the attack, and the Japanese attacker could be the ideal partner for him. He is a young player with significant potential, and he could develop into a key player for Tottenham with the right guidance. The player is in fine form in the Belgian league, and he has the technical attributes for English football as well.
The report has described Goto as the “hardest player to defend against” in Belgium right now.
Clubs like Chelsea and Newcastle United are also monitoring his progress. There could be an intense race for his signature in the summer, and Tottenham must look to act quickly in order to get ahead of their rivals.

Adding a quality striker in the summer should be Tottenham’s top priority. It remains to be seen whether they can get the deal across the line. The asking price is quite reasonable, and the deal could look like a bargain in future.
The opportunity to play in the Premier League will be tempting for the young attack as well. Goto will certainly hope to secure a big move in the summer.
Meanwhile, Chelsea will look to sign an alternative to Liam Delap, who has been underwhelming this season. The Japanese attacker could be a useful acquisition.
