Rumours of Manchester United and Cole Palmer’s relationship refuse to go away, and the Chelsea man seems to have a number of friends who are confident he will eventually make the move.
Chelsea’s star man has enjoyed a rapid return to form in recent games after struggling for the majority of the season due to injury.
Palmer will almost certainly start again due to his excellent record against Burnley, however the long-standing fear that he will eventually move on refuses to go away.

Musical artist Tunde did a Q&A session on his Instagram story, and when he was asked what the chances were of Palmer joining United, he said: “Very high.”
The story has now been deleted, but will no doubt spark fear amongst the Chelsea fanbase that they could be caught in a situation where they may lose the interest of their star man.
There have currently been no indications that he wants to leave, and in fact only signs that he is really enjoying his time at Stamford Bridge.
Palmer has been revitalised since partnering with Joao Pedro in attack, and the duo now have an excellent relationship both on and off the pitch.

Chelsea have done what they can to protect from Palmer exit
At the end of the day, if a boyhood United fan is approached by the Red Devils, there is very little Chelsea can do to stop him wanting to join.
When the Blues signed the attacking midfielder, they made sure they tied him down for a long period of time. According to Capology, his contract lasts until 2033.
With there being seven years to go until his deal expires, Chelsea are in a position to command a price that would set a Premier League record.
PSG would be the only side able to afford that, potentially easing fees for now that Palmer could be poached in the near future.
