Bad Bunny performing at the halftime show seems to still be a hot point of discussion, weeks after the performance came to an end. The rapper definitely got a lot of hate for performing at the half-time show, even before the day of the game.
Sean Strickland seems not to have forgotten this and recently went off on a homophobic rant against Bad Bunny in a recent presser. Strickland seems to hate the rapper so much that he didn’t want to say his name, but dropped several homophobic slurs throughout.

“Look at the NFL, dude. I don’t even want to say the f****t’s name because it’s just like, somebody give me his name… You know what I’m talking about, the halftime show guy. The Puerto Rican, right? Puerto Rican? Yeah, that f**king f****t. It’s so crazy that this is America now. Like, back in the day, the NFL was the f**king standard of being a f**king man, and now every f**king year, the NFL, I think they all get together around a table and say, ‘You know what, guys? How do we f**king ruin this sport? How do we g*y it up? How do we f*cking ruin it? Well, I’ll tell you what. Why don’t we bring a g*y foreigner who doesn’t speak f**king English and have him perform it?'” Sean Strickland said.
Sean Strickland GOES OFF on “f*ggot” Bad Bunny and the NFL halftime show:
“How do we f**king ruin this sport? How do we gay it up? Why don’t we bring in a gay foreigner who doesn’t speak English? Get the f**k out of here. The NFL is pathetic.”

Strickland is definitely not the only one who has felt this way about Bad Bunny, that his performance is somehow a sign that Americans are no longer masculine. The fighter was also wrong in referring to Bad Bunny as a foreigner since Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory and those living there are referred to as U.S. citizens.

Bad Bunny Gets First Official Acting Role
Despite Bad Bunny getting massively trolled and hated by numerous people, the rapper seems to be getting only more and more blessings along the way. The rapper finally got his first breakthrough role on screen as a lead actor in a movie featuring both Edward Norton and Javier Bardem.
The movie is apparently based on the life of Jose Maldonado Roman, who was a revolutionary in Puerto Rico. The film is not just a biopic but also considered to be a tribute to Puerto Rico itself, something which the rapper has stood for ever since the start of his career.
