Mikel Arteta faces the media ahead of his Arsenal side travelling across North London to face Tottenham Hotspur. After the damaging draw at Wolves on Wednesday, the pressure is on the Gunners big time and this could be a real catalyst for the final ten matches of the season should they win.
Equally, it could surrender all control of the title which they’ve had for many months to their rivals Manchester City. Their rivals are hosting Newcastle United and will be hoping the Magpies can do them a major favour just like their weekend opponents did coming from two goals down to draw with Pep Guardiola’s side.
That was under Thomas Frank however who has since been sacked with Igor Tudor coming in to replace the Dane on an interim basis. The former Juventus and Marseille head coach will lock horns with Mikel Arteta for the first time.
Arteta will hope to have some players back with Martin Odegaard and Kai Havertz in contention. The Spaniard is due to provide an update on the pair in today’s media conference.
