The Las Vegas Raiders are on the verge of losing their star Edge Rusher and one of the best players on the team, Maxx Crosby, as many analysts and insiders discuss his unhappiness with the franchise, claiming that he wants to get out of there.

While the NFL teams can’t make official trades until we have crossed the first ten days of March, they can certainly do their homework and start negotiating for the players they are eyeing to secure for the 2026 NFL season.
Even though the Raiders officials have made it clear that they would want Crosby to make a comeback for the upcoming season, many teams could be interested in the star Defensive End.
As the NFL analyst, Jeremy Fowler, predicts the Bears getting their hands on Crosby in turn of WR DJ Moore, who would be a 2026 first-round pick, along with a 2027 third-round pick, analyst Jason McIntyre discusses the possibility of this trade on “The Herd.”
“Damn. Sounds like a bromance is emergingbetween Caleb Williams and Maxx Crosby.And now one of these writers at ESPNspeculates, well, what about a RaidersBears trait? Send Maxx Crosby to theBears, and the Bears would send, I don’tknow, DJ Moore, who’s going to be donein Chicago very soon. DJ Moore and anumber one pick to the Raiders. I mean,that seems like a slam dunk. Now, Idon’t know why the Raiders wouldn’tstart entertaining or shopping him. Geteverybody to drive up the price. And Ithink part of that has to do, and I’mguessing here, speculation on theRaiders part, is they have a new guycoming in, Fernando Mendoza.”
“Now,I don’t know if it was this morning oryesterday or whatever, but Adam Shftercame out and said that the Raiders arelooking for a Micah Parsons type packagefor Maxx Crosby. That leads me to believethey are shopping him and he’s going tothe highest bidder.” McIntyre added.

ESPN Analyst Dan Graziano predicts Maxx Crosby-Dallas Cowboys Union Amid Trade Rumors
While there are teams like the Patriots, the Bears, and the Bucs that might be interested in the Raiders’ star Maxx Crosby, an analyst, Dan Graziano coined the narrative about Jerry Jones’ potential interest in getting his hands on the star Edge Rusher this offseason.
Graziano’s offer for the potential trade is that the Cowboys get Crosby in turn of wide receiver George Pickens, along with a 2026 first-round pick.
“The Cowboys likely aren’t going to fork over a long-term, top-of-market deal for Pickens, and franchise-tagging him could cause more problems than it solves (as it did last year with edge rusher Micah Parsons). They get back Crosby, who will make around $30 million per year for the next two years and would replace Parsons. Then, Dallas could look elsewhere for its No. 2 wide receiver.” Graziano wrote.
Graziano further added that the Raiders would have to sign Pickers with a long-term contract.
