Liverpool is reportedly among the clubs that are interested in signing Eintracht Frankfurt left-back Nathaniel Brown.
German outlet Bild says that 22-year-old Brown could replace Andy Robertson in the Liverpool squad in the off-season, providing competition to Milos Kerkez in the left-back spot.
Robertson's contract at Liverpool is up at the end of the season, and it is unlikely that Kostas Tsimikas will return to his role as back-up left-back when his Roma loan spell ends.
Tsimikas will turn 30 in the off-season, while Robertson turns 32 next month, and Liverpool would hope that the potential acquisition of $76M-rated Brown would set the team up in the left-back position for the best part of the next decade.

Brown would reunite with a familiar face were he to move to Liverpool, having played alongside Hugo Ekitike at Frankfurt.
Arsenal, Manchester City and Real Madrid are also rumored to be interested in Brown, who made his senior debut for the Germany national team last year.
Meanwhile, Liverpool is said to be increasingly likely to make a move for RB Leipzig star Yan Diomande this summer, as the Reds plan for life with Mohamed Salah.
Salah is contracted to Liverpool until 2027, but it is a distinct possibility that he will leave the club this summer amid expected interest from the Saudi Pro League.
TEAMtalk says several sources have indicated that the Reds are likely to move for Diomande, who has emerged as one of the Bundesliga's most exciting forwards this season, registering nine goals and six assists in 24 appearances in all competitions.

Over the weekend, Diomande moved to clarify recent comments he made about Liverpool, after he suggested that it was his dream to play for the Reds.
Speaking on a live stream in January, Diomande said: "I want to play at Anfield, I want to play for Liverpool. I’m a big fan of Liverpool.

"I’m a big fan of Liverpool because my father’s dream is to see me play at Anfield. So that’s my dream. You know, to fulfil my father’s dream is a dream for me too."
Diomande, though, has now claimed those quotes were taken out of context, saying: "People made it out to be my dream club. But first and foremost, it’s my dad’s favorite club.
"It was always his great wish to see me there someday because he loves the atmosphere at Anfield. He always raved about Steven Gerrard. I was too young to see him play. We didn’t even have a TV at home for a long time. I have a lot of respect for Liverpool, but my dream club right now is Leipzig."
