Allan Elias is the latest global talent linked with a big-money move to Liverpool.

The Palmeiras youngster has emerged as one of the most highest-rated young wingers in Brazil and was a team-mate of Chelsea star Estevao Willian. Reports in Brazil suggest that the reigning Premier League champions are leading the race for the €35 million ($41 million) star ahead of Newcastle and Aston Villa.

The reports claim that Arne Slot's side are keen to plan the deal so his move to Anfield is completed after the World Cup. Given his position as a right winger, many believe Allan could be the successor to Mohamed Salah, 33, whose contract expires at the end of next season.

Having only made his senior debut last April, the Brazilian remains a raw talent and has netted just five goals in 64 appearances for Palmeiras with work still need to be done to improve his potency in front of goal.

However, his skilfulness, pace and impressive dribbling ability has been marvelled at as a move to Europe could seen be in the 21-year-old's future. The right-wing position could be a key focus for the club to improve on as Allan isn't the only forward on the right flank that Liverpool reportedly an interest in.

RB Leipzig's Yan Diomande has long been linked with a move to Anfield with the Ivorian establishing himself as one of Europe's most highly-rated youngsters. The 19-year-old has scored nine goals and provided six assists in 24 games across all competitions, leading to speculation surrounding his future despite only signing for the Bundesliga side last summer.

With his future reportedly in balance, Diomande clarified previous comments about Liverpool, after seeming to suggest earlier this year that his dream was to play for the Premier League giants.

Speaking on a live stream in January, the teenager said: "I want to play at Anfield, I want to play for Liverpool. I’m a big fan of Liverpool. I’m a big fan of Liverpool because my father’s dream is to see me play at Anfield. So that’s my dream. You know, to fulfil my father’s dream is a dream for me too."

However, he's since claimed the quotes were taken out of context, as he revealed: "People made it out to be my dream club. But first and foremost, it’s my dad’s favourite club. It was always his great wish to see me there someday because he loves the atmosphere at Anfield.

"He always raved about Steven Gerrard. I was too young to see him play. We didn’t even have a TV at home for a long time. I have a lot of respect for Liverpool, but my dream club right now is Leipzig."
