A man was found fatally shot Saturday morning in the Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.
The unidentified adult was found unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso at 8:23 a.m. in the 900 block of South Keeler, according to a statement from Chicago police. He was dead at the scene.
The circumstances were unknown as Area Four detectives launched a homicide investigation.
