Chelsea were made to pay for their discipline problems yet again with Burnley equalising in the 93rd minute to secure a point at Stamford Bridge.
Zian Flemming's header from a corner earned the struggling Clarets a point after Wesley Fofana was sent off for the Blues in the second half. It took Chelsea less than four minutes to open the scoring in west London. Pedro Neto's low cross was met by the sliding Joao Pedro, whose effort just about beat Martin Dubravka.
Fofana was sent off for a second yellow card with less than 20 minutes of normal time remaining for a foul on James Ward-Prowse. Burnley then missed a golden opportunity to win it in the 96th minute and Chelsea can count themselves a tad fortunate to come away with anything.
Chelsea have climbed back into the top four but that is undoubtedly a sore one to take for their supporters, some of whom booed at full-time. Bobby Vincent was at Stamford Bridge and has rated the Chelsea players based on their performance:

Robert Sanchez
A strange start. Lewis Smith, the referee, gave Burnley a corner for Sanchez holding the ball for longer than eight seconds. Had a couple of comfortable shots to deal with in the first half but nothing to concern the goalkeeper. Nothing to do in the second period. 6.
Reece James
After an eight-day break, James was asked to go again. James was overlapping down the right-hand side and always looking for that cross to the far post. 6.
Wesley Fofana
Fofana was booked in the first half for a bit of an unnecessary trip on Hannibal Mejbri. Then he was booked again on 72 minutes for a stupid foul on Ward-Prowse. Silly. 3.
Trevoh Chalobah
Due to Chelsea's dominance, Chalobah often found himself in Burnley's half. The defender was on the front foot regularly and looking to sneak in front of the Burnley players as they looked to play out. He was successful with that on a couple of occasions in the first half. In his own half, Chalobah was also really strong. 7.
Malo Gusto
Asked to go a job at left-back in Marc Cucurella's absence. Did well, without doing anything extraordinary. Did a really impressive first touch in the first half that got a big applause from those inside Stamford Bridge. Gusto did a bizarre no-look cross in the second half that didn't come off. Too wasteful in attacking positions. 5.
Andrey Santos
Santos kept play ticking really nicely in the Chelsea midfield, often dropping in with the defence to start a move. A really intelligent footballer who continues to shine under the new head coach. 7.
Moises Caicedo
Caicedo played a fine through ball to Neto, who in turn set up the first goal of the game. Great vision and execution from Caicedo. Looked much better than in recent games, where his standard had dropped. 7.
Cole Palmer
Palmer was very involved in an attacking sense for Chelsea. Should have scored around 37 minutes in after Kyle Walker gifted Chelsea's No.10 a golden opportunity, where he might have done better. Apart from that, he was really bright. Starting to look like a Palmer-level threat once again. 6.
Enzo Fernandez
He was often looking for that ball over the top and came really close to producing the perfect one on 41 minutes but Gusto couldn't quite get on the end of it. Gave it away too many times. Not at his recent level this afternoon. 5.
Pedro Neto
Fresh off the back of a hat-trick in Hull last week, Neto started really brightly. The Portuguese winger started on the left wing and immediately found joy. His low cross for Joao Pedro created the opening goal of the match at Stamford Bridge. Sometimes tried to overcomplicate things when in possession and that has brought his rating down slightly. 6.
Joao Pedro
The Brazilian's great goal scoring form continued with just four minutes on the clock. Joao Pedro found himself in a dangerous position at the far post and was rather fortuitous with how the ball ended up getting past Dubravka. Seven goals in nine matches in all competitions for the in-form Brazil forward. 8.
Tosin Adarabioyo (on for Palmer 74')
Brought on after Fofana's red to help Chelsea see it out. An argument he could have been sent off. 5.
Liam Delap (on for Joao Pedro 80')
Got the final 10-or-so minutes but wasn't on long enough to be rated fairly. N/A.
Jorrel Hato (on for Gusto 80')
See above. N/A.
Josh Acheampong (on for James 88')
Some minutes at the end. N/A.
Mamadou Sarr (on for Neto 88')
