Phoenix Suns star Dillon Brooks is set to miss at least a month of basketball.
Phoenix Suns / Schedule
According to Shams Charania of ESPN, he will be sidelined for 4–6 weeks with a broken hand.
Brooks suffered a broken left hand in Saturday's double-overtime win over the Orlando Magic.
Brooks has been a key piece of the Suns’ recent surge. He is in the middle of the best season of his NBA career, averaging 21.2 points per game.
He is shooting 44.1 percent from the field and 34.3 percent from three-point range.
The broken left hand is a serious setback for Phoenix, as the Suns are 33–25 and trying to build momentum for a late push in the Western Conference playoff race.
