Joao Pedro’s goalscoring form continued on Saturday after the striker netted in Chelsea’s 1-1 draw with Burnley.
Really, it should have been enough to win Chelsea all three points. However, some bad defending from a corner saw Burnley equalise at the death.
Nevertheless, Liam Rosenior will still be happy with Pedro’s contribution. It was his 11th goal of the season in the Premier League, so the 24-year-old is well on course to hitting the 15-goal mark.

Pedro was frustrated after Chelsea’s draw with Burnley, feeling that his side did enough to win the match.
The former Brighton & Hove Albion man should not be too harsh on himself, though. He has been doing his job lately.

Rosenior’s biggest achievement as Chelsea manager to date may be helping Pedro to rediscover his best form.
After a strong start to life at Chelsea under Enzo Maresca, Pedro’s form dipped. He was not scoring goals and was barely in the box.
That was partly down to Pedro having to play as a No.10 at times, but there is no denying that this version of the Brazil international is the best Chelsea fans have seen since he joined the club.
Every time Pedro is closing down on the opposition’s goal, it looks like he is going to score. Rosenior deserves a lot of credit, as that was just not happening in Maresca’s final few weeks as Chelsea boss.
