Soon after the trade deadline, Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo posted a clip from “The Wolf of Wall Street” showing Leonardo DiCaprio stressing that he’s staying. He added the caption, “Legends don’t chase. They attract.” Fans quickly took it as a statement on loyalty.
Now it looks like Giannis has moved from sending signals to drawing attention, using his charisma to do it. A vlog clip from Devin Booker recapping All Star Weekend quickly went viral. Between practice shots and locker room moments, Giannis walked over to Booker with a big grin and delivered a playful line, stealing the spotlight.
Giannis to Devin Booker:
“You make everything look cool, man, but you wear a different jersey than me, you could wear the same jersey as me, I’m like Isaiah Stewart, I’ll fight for you.”

“You make everything look cool man. But you wear a different jersey than me. You could wear the same jersey as me. I’m like Isaiah Stewart, I’ll fight for you,” the Bucks superstar told Devin Booker.
Booker laughed it off and moved on. The reference to Isaiah Stewart, a nod to the Pistons forward famous for sprinting to support his teammates, added an extra layer to the moment. On the surface, it seemed like typical All Star Weekend banter, two top players joking under the bright lights. But beneath it, the timing carried significance.
Could Giannis Antetokounmpo and Devin Booker team up in Milwaukee?

The Bucks currently sit 11th in the Eastern Conference with a 24-31 record, just 1.5 games back of the final Play In spot. Giannis remains out with a calf injury, and there is no set timeline for his return. Even if the Bucks make the postseason, they do not appear to be a serious title contender.
Meanwhile, Devin Booker continues to lead Phoenix’s offense. Even through a rough shooting stretch affected by injury, the five time All Star is averaging 24.7 points and 6.1 assists per game. He remains locked in with the Suns long term, following a two year, $133 million extension last summer that keeps him under contract through at least 2029, with a player option beyond that.

Giannis Antetokounmpo is fully aware of the current situation. He is already paired with top guard Damian Lillard, and bringing in Booker, even as a hypothetical scenario, would transform the Eastern Conference overnight.
