DETROIT, Mich. (WILX) - The Detroit Lions’ offensive line got a bit of a boost on Tuesday as veteran OT Taylor Decker announced he’s coming back.
Decker had been contemplating retirement, but announced on his Instagram page that he’ll be back for an 11th season.
“‘Who shall I send, and who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here am I; SEND ME!’ #Year11,” Decker’s post said.
Drafted by the Lions in the first round of the 2016 draft out of Ohio State, Decker has started 140 games for Detroit across 10 seasons.
Decker earned Pro Bowl honors in 2024 as the Lions posted a franchise-best 15-2 record with an explosive offense that he helped anchor.
