The draw for the Champions League last-16, quarter-finals, and semi-finals is scheduled for Friday 27 February at 11am GMT in Nyon, Switzerland.

Eight teams, including Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea and Manchester City, secured qualification for the last-16 via the league phase, with an additional eight progressing from the play-offs.

Newcastle booked their spot in the last-16 by thrashing Qarabag 9-3 on aggregate in the play-offs, while Norway’s Bodo/Glimt pulled off a major shock by beating last year’s finalists Inter Milan.

The outline of the draw has already been done, with teams placed into small four-way pools of possible opponents based on league standings, and teams from the same national league can now play each other.

Possible last-16 matchups include Arsenal potentially playing Borussia Dortmund, Manchester City facing Real Madrid, Tottenham or Liverpool taking on Atletico Madrid, while Chelsea and Newcastle could face each other - the last-16 ties will be played on 10/11 and 17/18 March.
