When did you first become a fan? Were you born into it? Was there a specific game or season that pulled you in? What’s the earliest moment you remember as a fan?
Everybody has a different story. Maybe it’s a family thing. Sometimes it’s as simple as being located in the Bay Area and growing up around the team. Maybe one of your first exposures was a free safety in the 90s doing this funky dance, and you couldn’t help but gravitate toward that. Perhaps you grew up in the 80s, remember the 49ers as always being contenders and winning Super Bowls, and have stuck with them ever since.
