David Lynch has told Liverpool fans to keep an eye on Michael Olise’s situation for the summer after links to Liverpool.
With Mohamed Salah’s future uncertain, Olise has been mooted as an option for the Reds for some time now.
A separate report claimed Liverpool view the Frenchman as the ideal Salah successor.

Liverpool’s interest in Michael Olise is one to watch ahead of potential Premier League return
Speaking to Anfield Index, Lynch said that Olise to Liverpool is one to keep an eye on.
He said the former Crystal Palace man will want to return to the Premier League at some point.
Lynch also suggested that Bayern Munich’s interest in Cody Gakpo could help Liverpool in their pursuit of the French winger.

He stated: “I see Olise getting mentioned in the comments as well, and I think I’d keep an eye on that.
“That’s an interesting one. Particularly Bayern being interested in Gakpo, you know, potentially maybe something in that, but he will want to come back to the Premier League at some point, and he’s a very, very good player who Liverpool have watched for a long, long time, even pre-Palace.
“So, that’ll be an interesting one if he’s on the market.”
Surely there’s no way back to Salah’s best from here?

Michael Olise compared to Mohamed Salah in 2025/26
If Olise were to move, that would surely signal that Salah is indeed departing in the 2026 summer transfer window.
The Saudi Pro League still want the forward, who has seen his form at Liverpool decline this season.
After blanking against Nottingham Forest at the weekend, Salah has now failed to score in his last nine Premier League games.
He currently sits on seven goals and eight assists from 28 appearances across all competitions this term.
Olise, in comparison, has found the back of the net 13 times and provided 25 assists in 35 matches.
