Agent Deiric Jackson said recent medical consultations show Richardson’s vision has been restored to 20/20 when using both eyes, and Colts GM Chris Ballard confirmed Tuesday at the NFL Scouting Combine that the vision issues were “trending in the right direction” and Richardson is “cleared to play.” However, Ballard did not confirm the issues are fully resolved.
