Liverpool will find out its potential route to the Champions League final today as the draw for the knockout stages is made.
The Reds managed to avoid playing in the extra play-off round after finishing in the top eight of the league phase, and will make their return to the competition next month as the last-16 gets underway.
Arne Slot's side will find out who it will face in the next round today, with two options open for Liverpool - Galatasaray or Atletico Madrid.
The former needed extra time to overcome Juventus this week, despite winning the first leg in Turkey 5-2, while the latter managed to overcome Club Brugge to book its place in the latter stages of the competition.
Liverpool has already faced both sides this season, having beaten Atletico in a dramatic opening game at Anfield, before going on to lose in Istanbul.
The Reds are guaranteed a rematch against one of them, and they will also find out what their path to the final in Budapest in May will look like as they go in search of a seventh European crown.
