2026 NFL salary cap set at $301.2 million

NFL teams were informed Friday that the league-wide salary cap for 2026 will rise to a record $301.2 million per club, according to NFL Vice President of Communications Brian McCarthy.

The new total marks a $22 million increase from 2025.

For the Raiders, it opens the door to meaningful roster building. The team is projected to have over $87 million available in cap space, per [Spotrac.com](https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/las-vegas-raiders/cap/_/year/2026), which tracks estimates of each team's cap space.
