Hillsborough County Sheriffs arrested three men for an alleged robbery at an apartment in Tampa, Florida, on Feb. 4 named Christion Williams, Boakai Hilton Jr. and Lyndell Hudson. One of the men, Christion Williams, has been charged with three felony counts of kidnapping and three felony counts of robbery with a firearm with a deadly weapon.

Hilton was allegedly the man in charge of the robbery which was reportedly in retaliation for Arnold who had his rental property robbed twice in Tampa. Prosecutors say that allegedly Arnold and the others “decided to take matters into their own hands,” with the men acting on behalf of Arnold.

Arnold’s lawyer shared a statement with TMZ on Friday stating that his client committed no wrongdoings.

“He did not participate in, nor was he present for, any conduct related to the alleged offenses,” the statement said. “There is no evidence in police reports, text messages, or witness statements that implicates Mr. Arnold in any way.”

At this time the Detroit Lions have not commented on the matter.
