Today, defensive linemen were among a group that continued their workouts. On the slate was the popular bench press workout.

If there’s one workout linemen can show off in, it’s the bench press. Each year, a lineman shows off the incredible power and strength they possess.

Watch this year’s strongest defensive lineman performance: Kentucky’s David Gusta. His workout was broadcast live by the NFL Network on Fubo.

Gusta made his mark with the group’s most bench press repetitions among defensive linemen. He recorded an outstanding 37 repetitions.
That is a lot of strength. Currently, Gusta is sitting around a late day-three pick in current NFL Draft projections.

A performance like this, however, can certainly help his case to boost his stock. He currently leads the entire combine in bench press reps as well.
