According to a court filing obtained by FOX 59 in Indianapolis, plaintiff Perry Tole’s legal team alleges Sanchez consumed “including but not limited to cocaine, marijuana, fentanyl, and alcohol” before the violent confrontation outside an Indianapolis restaurant.
The document specifically suggests one or more of these substances may have been consumed at a venue owned by a person named Huse, contributing to Sanchez’s “impairment and his subsequent negligent and/or knowing conduct.”
