NFL stars gathered in San José del Cabo for the second annual Football for Change camp in late February 2026. The event combined athletic training with community support for local children. San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle led the group of professional athletes.
Players like George Kittle, Trent Williams, Charvarius Ward, Malik Mustapha, Mac Jones, Kyle Juszczyk, Kendrick Bourne and Will Levis joined him to mentor young fans. Mac Jones became a highlight of the weekend when he showed off his dance moves during a break in drills.

The camp focuses on football fundamentals and personal growth. The athletes taught children how to catch, run routes, and work as a team. This initiative aims to provide resources to underserved areas in Mexico.
The players spent their time coaching on the field and talking to the kids about their futures. It was a professional yet relaxed environment where the stars could give back to the sport.
Many professional athletes now prefer a simple lifestyle during the off-season. Despite their high salaries, several players at the camp value privacy and quiet routines. They focus on healthy eating, regular sleep, and spending time with family.
This is similar to many NBA players who choose modest homes and basic hobbies like fishing or gaming over expensive parties. They treat their bodies like businesses and avoid unnecessary distractions to stay in peak physical shape.
The camp provided a rare chance for fans to see these players in a casual setting. Mac Jones stood out because of his enthusiasm. He did not just coach but also entertained the crowd.
His dancing went viral on social media, revealing a different side of his personality. The event was a success because it allowed the players to connect with people on a human level.

George Kittle spoke about the mission’s importance during a press conference. He said, “Our goal is to leave a lasting impact on these kids and show them that through hard work and sports, anything is possible.”
This message was the core of the weekend. The group of players left the camp inspired by the local youth’s energy.
