Garland (toe) to make his Clippers debut on Monday vs. the Warriors.
Darius Garland is set to make his Los Angeles Clippers debut on Monday against the Golden State Warriors, per NBA insider Chris Haynes.
Los Angeles Clippers / Schedule
Garland, who was acquired by the Clippers that sent James Harden to the Cleveland Cavaliers ahead of the Feb. 5 trade deadline, has yet to appear wearing an LA uniform.
He's nursing a Grade 1 sprain of his right big toe and has been out since Jan. 14.
Garland's looming on-court play can't be more pivotal for the Clippers and the team's hope for a strong late-season push. They will enter Sunday's matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans with a 27-31 record, 10th in the West standings.
With Garland's playmaking and scoring punch, the Clippers will be more determined to earn a potential postseason spot.
