Chelsea are seeming to claim, through the media, that some reporting on the IFS shirt sponsorship has been incorrect.
Chelsea announced the partnership with IFS.ai that is at the moment a front of shirt sponsorship. But it looks like come the end of the season, it could then move to a different partnership and Chelsea will look for another front of shirt sponsors yet again.
It’s all a bit messy and embarrassing for the club really, having played the last couple of seasons mostly without a sponsor on the front of their shirts at all.

It was reported that AI software companyIFS will payChelsea ~£15m until the end of the season as part of a front-of-shirt sponsorship. According to analysts Global Data, the Swedish giant will contribute around £3.5m annually to the club as a global partner for the next two seasons.
This is refuted by Chelsea
Chelsea have seemed to counter this, through a couple of journalists over the weekend so far.
Journalist Kieran Gill of The Daily Mail, has clearly spoken with Chelsea and posted on X:
‘The numbers doing the rounds regarding Chelsea’s deal with IFS are incorrect as the true figures are substantially higher for both the sponsorship & partnership.’
Can only believe the club, right?
There’s never smoke without fire, but I guess we can only believe the club here, right? I’ll let everyone decide what they want to believe on this reporting!
