Newcastle United could sell Man City transfer target Tino Livramento for between £60m and £70m this summer, according to reports.
The Telegraph claims that the defender is stalling on signing a new contract, and with his current deal set to expire in 2028, the Magpies may decide to offload him at the end of the season to ensure they get a decent fee for him.
Livramento himself is said to be “interested” in leaving St James’ Park if a top club comes in for him, although he won’t force through a move.

It does mean that City do have a decent chance of securing his signature if they choose to step up their pursuit over the coming months.

Arsenal have also been credited with an interest in the England international. The Gunners are said to be looking to replace Ben White, who has had a number of injury problems.
It should be pointed out that Livramento is rather injury-prone himself. This season, he has been sidelined with knee and hamstring injuries. Man City have looked at other right-backs
Livramento seems to be top of Hugo Viana’s shortlist, but the Cityzens have been linked with alternatives in recent weeks.
Reports in the Portuguese media have suggested that Sporting Lisbon’s Ivan Fresneda is on the club’s radar. Viana signed him when he was sporting director of the Liga Portugal champions a couple of years ago.
Other names, such as Feyenoord’s Givairo Read and Roma’s Wesley, have been mentioned, but most believe that Livramento is the one that City are keenest on recruiting.
