CM Punk is one of the biggest names in wrestling as he holds the World Heavyweight Championship, but his legend grew even more at the 2026 WWE Elimination Chamber event in his hometown.
The longtime WWE champion is a Chicago native, and with the event taking place in Illinois CM Punk slightly altered his entrance for the star-studded show.

CM Punk is typically known for choosing legendary hit ‘Cult of Personality’ when walking out to the ring. However, the 2026 WWE Elimination Chamber saw Punk honor another Chicago icon during his entrance.

CM Punk is a massive Chicago sports fan, including the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bears. That made Saturday night’s event the perfect time to change things up and honor Michael Jordan and the Bulls.

The Chicago crowd went crazy as CM Punk slowly entered the arena to “Sirius” by The Alan Parsons Project. The song became famous in the 1990s when Jordan, Dennis Rodman, Scottie Pippin and Chicago would take the court.
During the Bulls’ reign in the NBA, Jordan and Co. won six championships as one of the most dominant dynasties in basketball history.
