Chelsea Team News
According to SofaScore, Liam Rosenior has a real issue on his hands with eight different players unavailable, hurting their depth across the pitch. The newest one is Wesley Fofana who is serving a suspension for being sent off against the Clarets, this leaves them with one less senior centre-back option.
Mykhailo Mudryk is also suspended and has been for some time now. Dario Essugo and Filip Jorgensen could feature having had small issues, the manager didn’t provide any updates on their status in the build up to this one.
The main issues are the long-term absence of Levi Colwill, Jamie Gittens, and the new injuries to key names Marc Cucurella and Estevao, the Spaniard and Brazilian have been some of the better players in the campaign so far and their absences will leave the Blues short of options.
On a positive note, Reece James has publicly been deemed fine for this one after being taken off against Burnley.

SofaScore lists Mikel Merino as out, which will be a boost for the opposition after Merino netted the equaliser in the reverse league fixture.
The only other names who could miss out are doubtful; these are Kai Havertz, Max Dowman, and Ben White. All three are doubtful so they can’t be totally ruled out but can’t be trusted to play 90 minutes just yet either.
