NFL star Jermaine Johnson’s fiancée, Hannah Brooke, has detailed her “bittersweet” feelings after the defensive end was traded away by the New York Jets to the Tennessee Titans.
Johnson, 27, was drafted 26th overall by the Jets in 2022. He played four seasons before being traded to the Titans for defensive tackle T'Vondre Sweat.

The trade cannot be made official until next month, as NFL rules stipulate that trades are finalized only during a designated period. When processed, it will reunite Johnson with his former Jets coach, Robert Saleh, who was recently hired to lead the Titans. While Johnson appears excited about the next chapter of his NFL career following four consecutive losing seasons, his fiancée, influencer Brooke, has opened up on the “bittersweet” departure from the Jets.

Brooke, a reality TV alum who began dating Johnson in 2023 and is the mother of Kayto, shared a heartfelt Instagram post as the family prepares to head to Tennessee.
“Very bittersweet leaving New York… this has been our home together for years and I’m so grateful to have had some of the best memories of my life here. MetLife, you will be missed!” Brooke said.
“@nyjets thank you for giving my man the opportunity to do what he loves the past 4 years. Onto the next chapter… Tennessee HERE WE COME. Go Titans.”
The Titans, like the Jets, are hoping to turn their fortunes around. Saleh and Tennessee will have the fourth overall pick in April’s NFL Draft, allowing them to continue building following last year’s No. 1 selection of quarterback Cam Ward.

Saleh’s identity
Johnson fits into Saleh’s hoped identity for the Titans next season. "Fast and violent," Saleh responded when asked what he wants his team to be known for.
"Play in and play out, we're going to play with speed. We're going to play confident, and we're going to have some swag, talk a little s——.
“I want them to show who they are, play in and play out. The one thing you'll notice is the speed at which we play and the violence in which we do it."
"They're going to pop off the tape," he continued. "You are going to feel like you're on the field with them with the energy, the juice, the speed, the violence. Sitting on your couch, you should be able to feel this football team."

Titans culture under construction
Saleh is hoping to build a rock-solid winning culture in Tennessee. He returned to head coaching following a stint as the San Francisco 49ers’ defensive coordinator.
"I can't wait to work with y'all, man. It's going to be freakin' fun," Saleh said. "We're going to get after it each day, and we're going to get better.
