**Daryll Abrahams’ side got back to winning ways, picking up a 6-1 victory at home against Liverpool Feds Reserves, thanks to braces from Georgia McKnight, Fran Boyle and Kira Saycell.**
Boyle’s effort from the edge of the box was easily saved by the goalkeeper after four minutes, moments before the striker linked up well with **McKnight**, who produced a good finish to open the scoring.
McKnight almost looked to score again with a left-footed effort from inside the D, but it was easily saved by Faye Evans.

The Robins were on top and looking add a second, which they came so close to doing after an excellent ball over the top from Ashley Jones. McKnight’s ball across goal left Boyle with a tap-in, but somehow Evans saved at point-blank range and Jones put the rebound over the crossbar.
A minute later, the advantage was doubled with **Boyle** this time making no mistake and rifling the ball in at the near post after an exquisite through ball from Ash Gilmore.
**Saycell** found the third after intercepting a lose pass by a Liverpool Feds defender and making no mistake with the finish from close range.
Substitute Emily Rutter forced Evans into a good save one-on-one, though from the resulting corner, **McKnight** produced a delightful volley to make it four going into the break.

The Robins’ goalscoring slowed in the second period, though they remained in complete control, with **Boyle** getting the fifth after a good pass by Rutter, finishing into the bottom right corner.
Again Rutter played a good ball through the Liverpool defence, this time it was **Saycell** who latched onto it and lifted the ball over the goalkeeper for her second. She had an opportunity for a hattrick when Boyle won a flick-on inside the penalty area, but volleyed over.
Altrincham were coasting and looked set for a first clean sheet since November, but were denied by a superb 20-yard strike by **Sienna Browne Britten** with 15 seconds of regular time remaining.
**The Elite U18s** were in action on the other pitch at Partington Sports Village, winning 4-2 over West Kirby U18 Women in the Cheshire Women & Youth Football League U18 Premier Division.
They followed the theme of players getting on the scoresheet twice, as they took a 2-1 lead at the break thanks to goals from Amelie Heathcote and Tia Unwin, with the duo netting again in the second half.
