Kelechi Iheanacho was training with Jeremie Frimpong 180-odd miles away from Glasgow while his Celtic teammates battled back from 2-0 down to seal a derby draw with Rangers.
The striker was recruited on a free transfer by Brendan Rodgers in September as the club toiled to land a new striker during the summer window. He started promisingly with three goals in his first four appearances but injuries quickly caught up with him and he's fallen down the pecking order after the January arrivals of Junior Adamu and Tomas Cvancara.
Now he's back to fitness, he featured off the bench in both legs against Stuttgart, but domestically he's barely had a look in. Six minutes against Falkirk are all he's seen this side of the turn of the year, and he was once again left out of the squad for Sunday's chaotic 2-2 derby draw where Kieran Tierney and Reo Hatate cancelled out Youssef Chermiti's first-half brace.
But rather than watch the game from the stands at Ibrox, Iheanacho has been training away from his teammates. He's been down south training with Seedorf Kduah, a UEFA licensed coach who runs his own academy in Manchester.
Iheanacho joined the Sunday session, which also included Liverpool star Frimpong and Manchester United wing-back Patrick Dorgu, the common thread being that all three are coming back from lengthy injury layoffs.

Kduah shared clips to his Instagram story showing Iheanacho being put through his paces in shooting drills. He's previously worked with the striker around this time last year when he had just returned to the UK with Middlesbrough.
The timing of it is curious, given Iheanacho had come off the bench just two days prior in the closing stages of their win over Stuttgart in Germany. It's unclear if he'll play any part in their massive week for the club domestically – with a league trip to Aberdeen on Wednesday before next weekend's Scottish Cup clash at Ibrox.
