The 2026 NASCAR season has gotten off to a hot start with Tyler Reddick’s dominance on the track, and he’s been channeling his inner NBA superstar recently after winning again on Sunday.
Reddick has become an instant star in 2026 after winning three consecutive races to start the season. No NASCAR driver has ever accomplished that before, and Michael Jordan’s team is enjoying the attention.

Following the DuraMAX Texas Grand Prix, Tyler Reddick appeared in the winner’s circle once again. This comes after victories at the Daytona 500 and AutoTrader 400 during the first two weekends.

However, Reddick’s epic moment was even more memorable after he recreated an iconic Michael Jordan photo from his days with the Chicago Bulls.

The NASCAR racer held up three fingers to signify his historic achievement, just like the NBA GOAT did back in the 1990’s when Chicago was winning titles almost yearly.
“It’s one race, but it was so important,” Reddick said after his latest win. “It’s so fitting to get three in a row and make history.”

Jordan has been seen at all three races to start the NASCAR calendar, and it’s clear that his presence is rubbing off on Reddick and the team. Perhaps a first championship is in order for Jordan’s 23XI Racing group in 2026.
