Chelsea are reportedly “very confident” they can sign Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa in the upcoming summer transfer window, according to TeamTalk

Villa have insisted they are in no hurry to sell and consider him a central figure in their long-term project, but sources suggest that only an extraordinary bid will persuade them to even enter talks.
