White has carved out an awesome NBA career since being selected 29th overall by the San Antonio Spurs in the 2017 draft. Starting as a defensive specialist in San Antonio, he averaged about 11 points per game over five seasons, showcasing strong perimeter defense and playmaking.
Traded to the Celtics in 2022, White elevated his role, contributing to their 2024 championship run with clutch performances in the playoffs. Across nine seasons and over 550 games, he holds career averages of 13.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 4.3 assists, earning multiple All-Defensive honors.
In the 2025-26 season, White continues to anchor Boston's backcourt, helping the team to a 40-20 record. He's appeared in 58 games, posting 17.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 5.7 assists per contest, with 1.2 steals and 1.5 blocks.
