Utah Jazz Make Kevin Love Announcement Before Nuggets Game

On Monday night, the Utah Jazz will host the Denver Nuggets in Salt Lake City.

The Jazz are coming off a 115-105 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans.

Kevin Love finished with three points, two rebounds, two assists and one steal while shooting 1/4 from the field in nine minutes of playing time.

Before Monday’s game with Denver, the Jazz announced that Love has been ruled out due to rest.

Love is in the middle of his first year playing for Utah.

The 2016 NBA Champion has averages of 6.7 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists per contest while shooting 39.6% from the field and 35.9% from three-point range in 33 games.

Before the Jazz, Love spent time with the Miami Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers and Minnesota Timberwolves.

The former UCLA standout is a five-time NBA All-Star.

As for the Jazz, they come into the night as the 14th seed in the Western Conference with an 18-42 record in 60 games.

They are in the middle of a five-game losing streak (and have three out of their last ten).
