Arsenal have reportedly submitted a bid for Corinthians full-back Matheuzinho.
The 25-year-old joined Corinthians from Flamengo in January 2024 and has since established himself as a key figure for the Brazilian side. He is currently viewed as “untouchable” in the transfer market.
Recent reports in Brazil suggested that Corinthians had already rejected two offers for the right-back.
Now, Brazilian outlet RTI Esporte claims that Arsenal are one of the two unnamed clubs to have submitted a formal proposal for the defender.
The Gunners are understood to have closely monitored Matheuzinho since last season and are now weighing up a potential move.

Matheuzinho’s current contract runs until December 2028.
